Murty is an industry veteran with 30+ years of experience in the IT, Semi-conductor and Hospitality industry and varied skill set for product definition, execution and monetizing the delivered products.
Murty also brings strong business development skills with several entrepreneur ventures in Real-estate, Hospitality, Industrial and Entertainment industry as his hobby over the years and created significant business opportunities to his employees and friends. This passion drives him to always venture into new domains to explore and bring passion to the co-working teams.
Murty holds a MS degree from Electrical engineering from Lamar University, Texas USA and MBA from Santa Clara University, California, USA.

Suresh Palaka
Suresh Brings 20+ years of experience in IT, Real-estate, and hospitality background to various ventures in his career. By virtue of education, he is an IT engineer, but realized his strong sense and purpose in real estate and commercial properties development. His strong passion for aesthetic designs and eco-friendly designs brings unique products in the market.
Suresh delivered ‘9’ real estate products so far in the past one decade in various locations in Bangalore and all of them put together “2 million’ SFT in the market. With 500+ happy customers and five more development projects in hand, a strong and purposeful journey on the path.
Suresh holds BS degree from Andhra University in B.Tech.
